These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyLinkX, including our website, applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

MyLinkX helps users create customizable link-in-bio pages with themes, analytics, and optional AI-assisted content generation. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean MyLinkX.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial

We dont provide free trial at the moment , paid features will end unless you subscribe.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Plans: We may offer monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscriptions. Details and pricing are shown at checkout or in your account.
• Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period. Lifetime plans are one-time and non-recurring.
• Refunds: Except where required by law or stated otherwise, payments are nonrefundable.
• Changes: We may change pricing and features with prior notice as required by law.

6. User Content and Conduct

You may upload or link content (“User Content”) and retain ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it to operate the Service.

You agree not to upload or link illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or malicious content, or anything that violates these Terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Violating laws or regulations.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Publishing unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Disrupting or compromising the Service.
• Reselling or sublicensing without permission.

8. AI and Third-Party Services

Some features use third-party services (e.g., AI models). By using them, you agree to their terms. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing and complying with laws when using them.

9. Intellectual Property

We own all rights in the Service (excluding User Content). You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as permitted.

20. International Use

You are responsible for compliance with local laws when using the Service outside your home country.
